Hiccup:

Shapeways is currently rejecting the orders claiming they don't fit the spec for the tumbling process since some of the parts are too small. They're giving refunds and want me to make changes. It obviously isn't an issue because they printed my parts last week without an issue. The support guy thinks the parts will get lost in the tumbler. In actuality they get put in canisters and tumbled all together as a set. If worse cones TK worse, ill make a separate file of all the small parts (probably just the nipples) and we'll order them on their own, non-tumbled. Stand by. Don't lose the rejection email because it has your Shapeways credit voucher in it.

Zenix - my order was never rejected by shape ways. Does that mean we are good or should I expect it to be rejected and have to order again?

some people are rejected, others are not. It depends on the shapeways checker person who puts the file into the machine on whether or not they reject it.

I split the file into two parts, and all of the small parts which were getting rejected before are now in their own file, and will now work. This means you have to add two items to your cart, but no big deal. If you got rejected, just order these two.

The price total should be the same as advertised before, so you can use the coupon code shapeways sent you in the reject email and it'll cover the total cost. Sorry for the hassle,

I did the same and no there was no available balance in mine they said they created my account I'll double check tomorrow. ..Also did as you suggested and bought the items separately so let's hope ...
