I got everything all figured out. The only part that had to be filled with foam is the butt. Everything else is hollow.

You can buy an expanding foam, and just pour it in the hollow cast. Or you can go to Lowes and get the spray can of foam, and spray it into the cast. It doesn't work quite as well, but it is cheaper. For best results, you should apply the foam while the model is still in the mold. That way it won't expand too much and warp the model.Looking fantastic!
Can you offer any advise on filling the hollow casts with foam? I'm working on a pulse rifle from Farscape, and I was planning on rotocasting and maybe foam filling it for strength.
