Halo UNSC Weapons By Justinian

I got everything all figured out. The only part that had to be filled with foam is the butt. Everything else is hollow.

I also got all of the shipping info figured out.

Run is now open in the junkyard.

Looking fantastic!
Can you offer any advise on filling the hollow casts with foam? I'm working on a pulse rifle from Farscape, and I was planning on rotocasting and maybe foam filling it for strength.
You can buy an expanding foam, and just pour it in the hollow cast. Or you can go to Lowes and get the spray can of foam, and spray it into the cast. It doesn't work quite as well, but it is cheaper. For best results, you should apply the foam while the model is still in the mold. That way it won't expand too much and warp the model.

Awesome work! I'm trying to gather funds for one of your AR's right now.

anyway was wondering if you had any guesstimate of the BR55 (and which BR55 will it be?). recently acquired a kit the has the H3 aesthetic but the H2 size (its starting to wear on me, but still looking for a full size H3 BR)

definitely keeping my eyes on this thread :popcorn

I will be making the H3 Battle rifle. Most of the weapons I make will be from Halo 3. It will be a few months before I can get to that one though. But I will be making it with the same amount of detail as the assault rifle.

I finally had time to make some progress on finishing up my rifle. I cut out all of the sections to run the wires through.

So after an insane battle of trouble shooting every possible thing that could go wrong, The rifle is done. :D

Here is a custom cover I made for the ammo counter display.

And the working electronics.

Pull the trigger and it counts down.

Pull the magnetic magazine out, and the display goes blank. Then insert it again, and the display resets to 32.

All that is left to do is some weathering, and this gun is finished. Thanks for looking.

DDDDDAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!

That is one hell of a build!

Excellent work. Can't wait to see how you tackle the bigger stuff like the laser.

Wow. That's a nice looking gun. Great job!
Thank you. Your pistol and other armor has been a huge inspiration to me.

Thanks. The bigger ones will be a lot of fun.

Last month was insanely busy, but I finally got around to doing a blackwash on the rifle. This one is now finished.

The last picture is the right color. I'll try to get around to doing a photo shoot with a nice camera soon.

I have always been very tempted to start making the Forunner weapons, sort like how you are doing the UNSC.... my only hitch is figuring out how to make the stuff float. :facepalm

Maybe I'll just do the Covenant weapons instead?

This is a bloody professional level build! I can't believe how well it turned out man, fantastic job.
Before moving on to the big boys, You might want to pair off this rifle with the pistol and take it a little easier first. I can only imagine how much work a splaser would be:wacko

Awesome effort bro. Are you planning on doing any Halo 4 weapons at any stage?

Thank you all for the compliments. It really helps me stay on track.

I am hoping to start the pistol this week. And I'm really looking forward to it being much easier than a big rifle.

Right now I don't have any plans for any Halo 4 weapons, but once I get these done I may do a few. I'll just have to see how things are going in a year or so.

New project time.

M6G Pistol

I had vshore100 pep the file for me, and he did a fantastic job. He also took some great pictures of him holding the gun, for a size reference.

It is a huge gun. Here it is in comparison to the pistol I made 4 years ago. It was way too small, and it is broken now. Hence I am redoing it.

Another comparison shot to a desert eagle.

And last but not least, my drawing.

I'm hoping to start building it this week.
