Halo Reach suits (Pics taken at E3 2010)

Frankly, I don't really care if it's scratched on or not. Refractive index's canceling each other out making it perfectly clear or not. That only shows a bottle in pristine condition. Now, if it's all scratched up, the light hitting those depressions should cause distortion. If what rundown said is correct it seems more probable then taking a blade to the helmet, and looks more like some kinda explosion could cause that anyways.
You certainly argue a lot for someone who doesn't care.

Care to prove that the depressions would cause distortion? It would be really interesting to know how you magically change the refractive index of a material by altering its shape.

rundown said "battle damage turned into an artistic terrifying mark", which would mean that he did take something to his helmet in order to make the final shape. Or did you expect the blast or whatever actually made a skull shape? That would be one awesome grenade.

It is scratched into the mask with a knife, I'm sitting next to someone who Works at bungie and is in a position to "know".

ok guys its time to put this argument to rest once and for all. my name is Emile and that is my visor. its true that my helm originally got scuffed up thanks to shrapnel caused by a plasma grande. but that's not what brought on the skull shape you see there. i'm sure you've heard the expression that being a marine is hours of boredom interrupted by moments of stark terror. well... during all that boredom i carved that into my already scuffed up visor. End of story. i have spoken. lets move on.

just to let everyone know. Only game industry people were allowed into E3. Those statues were outside the exhibit hall for the general public to see.

Just making sure everyone knows that just because somebody took pictures of them, does not mean they actually attended the EXPO.

dude do you ever have anything positive to say? does it really matter? Or does it just matter to you. really? no one cares, they just want to enjoy the pictures. so please either contribute something positive or something mean while to this thread. If it matters to you that much, start your own thread about your experience at E3, and then you can complain about who didnt have an ID badge. I would like this to be the end of this, please.

If you're refering to who I think you're refering to I ask you now to stop. I don't want drama in my thread.

Saw the same people again loitering at Comic Con and one person tried didnt even finish they suit in time so he was just wearing the helmet. hahahha.. looking all sad.. hahhaha... PIMP FAIL
