I paid for both a Halo 4 Master Chief: The Definitive Chief and a Halo 4 Recon Helmet plus the shipping to Minnesota. I asked if they were going to have the rubber neck liner and he told me yes.

Not quite, the Recon is nearing finishing in prep for molding. The Chief will be after. Soon though.

I also purchased a Halo 4 Master Chief Helmet and visor for $555.50 with shipping to UK from him on 25th October which I sent by Paypal and have received nothing.
Ive sent him several Emails, PMs via here and facebook and ive never had a single reply from him.

I likewise ordered a Master Chief Helmet from Evoc, and the moment I had sent funds all communications ceased. I places the order on November 14th, where communication was almost instant until the moment of payment.
I have sent multiple messages via Facebook and Email and have had no contact back what so ever.
