So i just reread over your 1st posting and I'm even more amazed that you made the model on the ipad... running to go and download that app and give it a swing.

Being a total noob with 3D printing (I do have access to a printer) what program do I need to download these STL files? Bit confused.

You don't need anything to download the files, you just download them. The STL files get loaded into whatever software the printer uses for slicing and coding.

Thanks for the reply Kevin but whatever I click on it a pop up tells me I need a program. I'm mobile or I'd do it again and get the name. I'm on a Mac if that matters.

Well since I now have the orb display, I figure that I'll make the tesseract holder and aether now. Been rendering the tesseract holder on my ipad but the aether is a free file on Thingiverse. I'll make a build thread when I have more time
