Green Zone - Jason Isaacs - Vest, holster, gun and knife

Does anyone know the make and type of the following gear that Jason Isaacs wears in the Green Zone:

Vest
vest holster
Gun in vest holster - is this a Glock 18? or 19?
knife
knife scabbard.

The holster is a Blackhawk Serpa holster with a MOLLE platform. The pistol is a Glock 17. The vest looks to be a combination of a Blackhawk Commando Recon chest harness/plate carrier with soft body armor underneath. Not sure about the knife and scabbard.

His primary weapon is a Heckler & Koch MP5A3 with RIS handguard, Surefire weaponlight and an ACOG scope. The sidearm is a Glock 17 with Serpa Holster. and the knife is definatly a SOG Seal Team. That is what I see at least.
