my alminac arrived in perfect shipped condition today to my home in the UK, very pleased with it many thanks!

FYI for those of you Stateside, Aaron Brothers is selling these acrylic easels for $9.99 - they fit the almanac perfectly.
i just wanted to share with everyone i finally displayed my almanac! i went to AC Moore because my girlfriend had some killer coupons. unfortunately the item numbers on the receipt arent the same on the website so i cant link directly to what parts i bought but heres a what i did
i wanted to display the almanac in a show box, but i wanted it suspended in the middle and not loose. so i went and found these clips used to hang pictures by a wire. though i wouldnt trust hanging a picture with these clips because they only give you 2 way tape.
i had to modify it alittle bit. i didnt want it pressing too hard onto the book cover (back cover) ending up leaving a mark, so i filed the inside gooves smooth. you can see the one on the right is un modified. after sanding there is alittle "lip" i ended up cutting that right off so the book sits flat.
i then spaced the clips out evening over the shadow box base
i then hot glued them onto the base and slide the back cover of the almanac through it side ways
here it is suspended in air, again you can only remove the book by pulling it out from the left hand side
and done!
i love it, while i was hunting around i found a stand for marks pizza! someone sugguested this to me on his other thread, i found it at ac moore for .49 cents!

Excited to finally be getting this. It's always been one of my most sought after props, but other versions (especially ones not made by markpoon) have come up a little short, but this looks just about perfect.
