Goonies map project

Well into my second attempt on a Goonies map replica. First one I just tried out getting size and form right, and I had an attempt on aging the paper. This time I think I will first do all the lines and stuff in pencil, then do the aging, and last do the ink work. I might wanna do some aging on top of that.

PS: If anyone can help me with high res pics of all the small writings on the map (and their meaning) I would be most grateful. I need to make this as close to the original as possible, of course ;^)

Finished pencil. Did the aging of the paper with a brush and different variations of coffe, tea and ink. Tore the edges off, and gave it some dark color. So I guess the aging is done for now, and I'll let it dry real good before I start with the ink.

I gave the edges a burn. Major difference. The aging of the back of the map must wait for now.

Looks great so far!!
Only suggestion I would have is to age it a lot more. It looks way too light, unless it is just the lighting?
It should not be that white

But great start to far!!

A little pause on the map project. Sculpted the Copper Bones Key. Planning on making a cast of it later on.

Sorry for missing your post. That one in the photo is made by RELICMAKER here on the RPF.
He occasionally sells then in the junk yard. His map is in the Goonies Museum and also used in the special features of the Blue ray or maybe it was in the cover art (something like that).
