So, it sounds like the mom inherits the house from a father she doesn't know. Hmm... it sure seems well within Venkman's personality to knock a woman up, then jet. Calling it as this being Venkman's kid and grandkids.

I’m going with Rudd is a Spengler.

Murray, Aykroyd, and Hudson are all back...so they’re going to need a Spengler...and Rudd fits that mold pretty well.

The article I read had Paul Rudd as a local teacher, and the main family in the movie being the children and grandchildren of one of the original Ghostbusters…but I would still bet probably Spengler as being the relative
