Oh yes Gabrielle Drake in a skin tight lycra body suit is hard to ignore and we don't forget Dolores Montes and a few others.

Of course there are some good props as well.

Try again...

Apologies for resurrecting, was looking for Doppelganger/UFO props and scene inspirations and saw this post with the 'unknown' toy from Taiwan. The casing is from a 1979 Masudaya BS Buffalo Detachable SS-2 Secret Sniper - considered one of the first skirmishable Airsoft pistols. There are several versions of it, with more and more add-ons available depending on which kit you bought. I think both the toy and the BB gun was made from the same sturdy plastic. These casings also came with one of the first console games, the 'Binatone TV Master' (it had multi-PONG! Cool!!). I have the casing with several add-ons but not all the bits available. It's a great looking sci-fi-esq thing but never shot straight, lol.

Another post here mentioned that on the UFO DVD it stated that there was a specific prop building company that supplied the mainframe computers and tape machines - does it say what that company was called? I'v been collecting pics from films that these machines appear in for a few months but I thought they may have come from an actual computer manufacturer such as Elliott Bros - Borhamwood, or Univac.

Keep up the UFO builds! Love them!!

Hi Wavey! Great info, thanks!
I'm happy to report that after almost a year, I've "finally" gotten around to working on my S.H.A.D.O. pistol. Another round or two of fill/sand and she might see paint!
Cheers, Jeff

Hey Gordon

Didn't think you'd have any left by now.

Had one on the shelf. The last plastic pour to empty the bottles. I will be working on some props this summer - building a couple of kits i acquired from Rick Ross and Shawn Morgan. I have to finish the UFO Rifles. They are in the garage half finished. So much to do. : )

Good to hear from you peter.

Gordon
