Limited Run === G R A F L E X === Flashgun Gen.2 ... now taking PRE-ORDERS!!! New Pics Oct. 5

Re: === G R A F L E X === Flashgun ... "Almost there..."

When you guys post shipping notifications, can you also post when you ordered? Just trying to gauge timing for some of the later orders. Thanks guys and gals.

Re: === G R A F L E X === Flashgun ... "Almost there..."

Shipping notification received today. I am number 5 on the list ;)

And guys please stop advertising your chassises here. If I want a chassis I look for it. When I like to get some information from this Graflex run thread I don't want to scroll through your repeating and endless posts.

Re: === G R A F L E X === Flashgun ... "Almost there..."

If anyone else has any chassis bits or accessories for these replicas, please mention them. I can't speak for the previous poster, but searching for random stuff across the entire net is a lot more time-consuming and a pain than "scrolling" 1 or two useful posts posts to read "I received my shipping notice" for the umpteenth time.

Re: === G R A F L E X === Flashgun ... "Almost there..."

No, this thread is about Roman's graflex Replicas. The other posts should be in their own interest and sales threads started by their makers. Those that are able to advertise and sell (in their own threads) must be premium members in accordance with the forum rules. I am going to start reporting posts that attempt to advertise here.

Yeah I know what you mean BUT everyone in this forum shouöd be able to open a NEW thread with a titel including the words 'Chassis' and 'For' and 'Graflex' to advertise his or her chassis. That shouldn't be too hard to do. And everbody could use the search option to find those threads.
Is it asked to much of those who want to earn some money with their chassises to put some work in doing so?

Re: === G R A F L E X === Flashgun ... "Almost there..."

Both people working on chassis designs have asked Roman for permission to post to this thread, whether or not that violates the rules (or spirit of the rules) of the forum at large is another matter. But telling other people who don't have anything to sell how to go about their business and how they should interact with the forum is too much. Reporting posts too is only really going to hurt other members who are interested in these things and goes further to cement the reputation RPF has of rude and antagonistic members. I'll say that in a few decades of participating in online forums,this is most certainly not one of the friendliest of places I've seen.

Re: === G R A F L E X === Flashgun ... "Almost there..."

It's not hurting anything. If they are premium members, they are more than welcome to post their own threads. Roman can even link to those in his first post.

Re: === G R A F L E X === Flashgun ... "Almost there..."

No, he didn't say that I could. I am sure Roman will post some "beauty shots" as soon as he can. :D I just asked him to jump in here if he has time.

Re: === G R A F L E X === Flashgun ... "Almost there..."

Yes, the sellers did ask my permission, but I see giving permission was a mistake since their chassis info will get lost in all these pages of questions, answers & replies... ON TOP of the questions, answers & replies for the GRAFLEX.

- PLEASE NO MORE ADVERTISEMENTS
- I'd be happy to link to your own RPF sales thread

No notice yet, but it looks like almost a month behind those who have received notice. (11/11).

Excited to see these!

now.... those with chassis.... let's see those threads posted! giddy up! :)

Re: === G R A F L E X === Flashgun ... "Almost there..."

Here's to hoping all the Oct orders get out by the end of the year:cheers

A day or two after is fine of course lol. Seeing shipping notifications has gotten me a little anxious

Re: === G R A F L E X === Flashgun ... "Almost there..."

You think he's going to use Paypal to send the Shipping info? My Paypal is down to a dispute, I hope he can just use my Email address :)

you know that thing when you know someone is doing something very difficult, but you want to be super selfish and bug them... that's happening.

Please don't take this as me speaking for roman however, the paypal info comes from romans end or any other shipping using paypal for that matter. So even if you have issues with paypal, there won't be any issues because its only a notification

Re: === G R A F L E X === Flashgun ... "Almost there..."

You don't even need to have a PayPal account to receive a shipping notification via a vendor's PayPal shipment processing - so no worries in that regard.

I'll say that using PayPal to process shipping labels is however really time consuming. Endicia or something like Shipstation is much much quicker - and even more time saved if printing to 4x6 thermal media.
