Did Roman ever say how many of these were made. Someone mention a custom plaque with "1 of xxxxx". That would be pretty cool!

Roman seems like a smart guy - so the last thing a smart person would do is advertise how many units have been produced. That's just inviting trouble.

Either way, we get an exact fully functional replica of a graflex for a lot less money than a real one. I'm not at all concerned how many were made or what number I have. I'm sure there was a minimum order roman had to do with the supplier. I'm also pretty certain with the amount of interest and the length of his sign up, they won't be sitting long, if he has a few not yet purchased. Also remeber, not everyone knows about this forum or romans empire. BE assured, we are a part of something special with this run.

you can find Quartz stone in local stone shop, just need to ask them for the proper size.
Some people also sell tehm on internet but never went that route so I can'tt help there.
Otherwise you can also find some 3D printed crystals in clear plastic, but that would be only if you don't want to bother finding stones I guess.

Heyo, where'd you get that 3D printed grip notch template? I'd also love to get my hands on one! Looks like you're all set to go, the TFA variation is such a great hybrid of the past two sabers. Me personally, I'm doing the ESB version!

Damn, each time i see new posts here, i come and look in the hope to see some important news on my ordered Graflexes and parts - and all i see is useless (to us who are only interested in the accurate stuff) chatting about electronic toys. :cry
Is there no other place to discuss this, to keep the Graflex thread clean?
