You could also just tape/glue down the grips with shortened (cut) rivets or screws.
No drilling required.

Dremel an a cutting wheel should work just fine.
When using the ceramic(?) cutting wheels make sure they are not pointing in your direction.
If they shatter (which they like to do) you don't want to get hit.
And ALWAYS wear safety goggles.
Hold with pliers for a solid grip and because the metal will get hot.
Aluminum rivets cut much easier than steel.
Others can post on modifying the grips.

Obviously I can't speak for him but I saw a very interesting video on YouTube where someone did a conversion for a vintage Graflex. There is a shop on Shapeways that sells guides for the holes for the ESB/TFA versions of the Graflex as well as grip guides. It's called The Graflex Guide and is a valuable tool for the reasons listed above.

Roy's ESB Graflex tutorial http://wannawanga.com/tutorials/luke-esb-tutorial/ says that you can attach the t-track grips so that you can later remove the 3-Cell bottom. Does that mean you can make an ANH on an extra 3-Cell bottom and swap them with the upper half of the Graflex?
If you made a swappable Graflex with Roman's upcoming parts like that, would the Graflex parts stay together well enough to use as a belt-hanger?

Yes, you could. the clamp is held together with friction from the lever keeping it closed and tight around the bottom and top pieces. It would be just fine as a belt hanger in either version. :thumbsup

Heard from the shop, and it looks like the Graflex will be shipping in about 2 weeks!!! So with some luck we'll have them by the end of the month!!!
Does that mean they are absolutely, positively shipping in 2 weeks? Well, no. But it should be right around the 2 week mark.
Not sure the conversion kits will be shipping at the same time, but I expect to get word on those soon.
