Oh, I took kit to mean WITH the Graflex, not the "conversion" kit. For an English teacher, you'd think I'd read better. Thanks!

And another. I've mentioned it before and I'll mention it every time someone brings it up. There isn't currently any kit being offered by anyone to convert a Graflex to Vader's ROTJ Saber.

I ordered enough parts to make all 3 sabers. One complete flash with holes pre-drilled for ESB/TFA set up and one extra bottom. I can interchange parts to make any version I want at any time

Ordered my No Logo clamp. Also ordered a brushed clamp for future MK1. Figure that the normal Graflex clamps with Logos will be fine for the other hilts (ESB...maybe ROTS).

When the pre-order was first put on his website it was an option. It has since been pulled.

Only he could answer that. May be worth asking, but I would imagine it was pulled for a specific reason.

Unfortunately, I will not be drilling the 3-cell bottoms.

The vendors would not drill just a few, or even half, of the battery holders. They wanted to treat them as an entirely separate part / project, and required an order of at least 1000 pieces. :unsure

The pre-drilled bottoms we're only a possibility, but unfortunately we're not doable. Here's a small copy paste of the original messages sent out October 2015:

"... ..... .. ORDER!!
MAY BE ADDED LATER:
- I will be speaking with several people about grips, circuit boards, bubbles, etc. (additional cost)
- I will likely pre-drill 3-cell battery holders for ESB & TFA at no extra charge. Just place your order and add a NOTE W/PAYMENT if you’d like battery holders pre-drilled.
FINALLY :
- PLEASE ... ... ....."
