Yeah, I like the thick look as well. I was just going to try getting some of those craft brass sheets to use, but maybe I'll have to invest in some more metalworking tools for this.

Does anyone know what these are made out of? And, does the ANH kit on the website use the hyper-accurate bubble strip I read about somewhere? (wishful thinking I suppose, but what the heck).

someone correct me if i'm wrong but wouldn't that hyper accurate strip be that of the actual Texas instrument calculator??

Sorry, I had heard that someone made an exact replica injection molded copy from one of the Exatra bubble strips. Was hoping his was one of those vs. the reportedly less accurate copies typically used.

I'm just asking a question, as there has been no information re the final sample ,and no posts from Roman about the final samples since August.
Please DO NOT think that I am attacking Roman or his reputation, I have the utmost respect for his products and efforts in bringing us all this run of G R A F LE X replicas.

it's all good brother, just didn't know where you were coming from... all good things (in this case GREAT), come to those who wait... i know it's been a long time, so does he, trust me. probably just getting his ducks in a row and i personally... would wait for the BIG announcement when the announcement is solid in cement and ready to be made.

Roman has never been one to keep leaking updates when there are none to be made. ;)

Cheers , I have 2 chassis ready and waiting for the one's I ordered , and in seeing his work I know his product is the highest quality, ,,,,....His = Rolls Royce .........Others = Yugo

Got final clamp & button samples last week, and they were freaking awesome!! Button coloring is dead-on & clamp looks soooo much better than first & second samples! (even those looked very good) :D

Today, the final tweaks were submitted for the grips!!! So that's it. Everything is submitted and approved. :) The Graflex is in full production and not likely to stop until it is complete. I think we are still good for next month. :)
