I'm guessing mine won't arrive till atleast the end of October or perhaps mid November seeing how there is a long long list ahead of my name. But oh well. Good things come to those who wait.

What is the best way to order? I need 3 bottom sections and two clamps with two red buttons

I'm new to the Graflex scene. What would constitute a "complete" Graflex saber? I don't see a complete kit, just various conversion kits (with no info as to the differences), and then various parts. Do you just pick a kit and then order one of each additional part?

The Graflex flash is the base for several different lightsabers in the films. So, depending on which version you want to replicate (Episode IV or ANH, Episode V or ESB, Episode VII or TFA) you would purchase the appropriate conversion kit to convert the Graflex flash into that particular lightsaber.

Oh, I see, so the kit numbers correspond to the movie number. (ANH=4, ESB=5, etc.) Dunno why I didn't catch onto that. :)

So just getting two parts: (1) the main flashgun plus (2) the appropriate conversion kit per movie preference, gives a completed Graflex-based saber? (absent electronics, blade, etc, of course)

Ooo! Nice chamber luke the belter! Love the coils :). Hey, where do you source the radiator fins? Been trying to track down some, or something I can make into those, for a while now?

Thanks.
I used 1 mm brass sheat metal and cut every single radiator fin with a metalsaw.
I would say that is the hard way bit without other tools it was the only way.

Bit fter working with the thickness of 1 mm I would recommend something thinner. The fins are very heavy and I think thinner brass could be easer to work with.

What would be the best blade socket/adapter to get for this saber?

I would also recommend the Solo's Hold blade adapter. I know that Aaron, Rick (of Goth 3Designs) and Obi-Shane worked tirelessly on it and it really looks incredible. It can be found on SH's website.

Nice! Looks sweet. True, thinner would be easier/ lighter... but that thickness looks SO right lol :). Very cool, i may have to give that a go. Thanks man.
