The user atom_kinder on ebay is recasting my MK7 iron man helmet ! Please do not support this D-bag. He has been recasting for years under different usernames and every time ebay closes one of his accounts he just opens a new one. I think one of his last accounts was Hollywoodpropmasters and cylon_trader , well know for recasting. All of his items are obviously recast also. But whats worse is I only sold my helmets here on the RPF so he is also a rpf member! Please get the word out not to support this recaster!

Ps if any one has bought any thing from him please give me a pm.

It wont let me report his items, only has 1 option about cosmetics.

How many RPF members did you sell to in CA?

Sorry to hear and the scumbag needs to be found out, outed, and banned

Okay, done. I got stuck earlier but found a way to do this. If anyone has a better process flow, please weigh in.

Initially I tried following your options:

Report Category: Copyright and trademark
Reason for Report: Bootleg records or unauthorized media (following your example)
Detailed Reason: ???

But I got stuck figuring out an appropriate Detailed Reason.

Alternatively, there may be two ideas. First, you can indicate this as stolen property.

Second, list it as fradulent.

Report Category: Listing Practices
Reason for Report: Fraudulent listing activities
Detailed Reason: You suspect that a listing is fraudulent (a warning appears by the side saying "The listing has items being sold without the owner's authorization. You didn't bid." - And in this case, this is applicable because Animefan didn't give permission for this helmet to be pirated")

This worked... but it doesn't allow you to specify any details.
