All finished! After a clear coat and a polish I used EVA Foam floor sheet for the liner. Nothing too comfy inside the helmet. I really wanted to keep in fairly cylindrical on the inside.

No, I put up an interest thread in the Junkyard and got zero interest. Might be a bit too obscure for people.

If you do end up molding these I have a Walkie Talkie and Loudhailer that are life sized that I could cast up for trade, I would guess it to be about a fair trade, I know I posted them here somewhere years ago. Looks great by the way.
