Me too, but what Marty doesn't realise is, even if he claims insolvency, he has wilfully deceived us.

He's in trouble, and no mistake - brought it all on himself!

Did a bit of reading (always good) and look what I found!

18 U.S.C. 1343 provides:
Whoever, having devised or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, transmits or causes to be transmitted by means of wire, radio, or television communication in interstate or foreign commerce, any writings, signs, signals, pictures, or sounds for the purpose of executing such scheme or artifice, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. If the violation affects a financial institution, such person shall be fined not more than $1,000,000 or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.

Wow I still can't believe you still haven't got your head pnag. After I got mine back in may I was sure he would have got yours to you. :c
Does any one have his address? I only still have the tracking number from when he shipped me my head, though It only has the city and zip. wonder if it could be traced back some how.

Here in Belgium, posting someone's address or other personal info without the person's consent, would be a violation of this person's privacy. But I guess this forum is hosted in the USA, so USA laws apppy in that case...

Keep this info for when you go to the police, I'd say. Have you "street-viewed" this address? If this is the address of a mansion or big house, the guy should have enough money to refund at least a few of you guys...

I agree - so I've only been willing to share details with people who have been effected by Marty's actions.

I have street viewed the address. Property prices are crazy in Ireland, so it seems cheaper to me, but might be an 'expensive' house for that location, if you follow me. Either way, regardless of Marty's current situation, he has deceived me many, many times - promised solutions and then not only not delivered, but tried to sell the very thing I'd paid for to someone else! Sorry, rant over

I think it's to give him right to reply - in case he has a change of heart, or wanted to ask about refund details or something?

Given how he's been with me, when I've asked him simple questions though, I don't think that's going to happen - not till he feels the squeeze of the law, so to speak.

I see Marty's ebay auctions are now US only. Doesn't matter - there's the trail of his deception right here.

I'd love to believe it's because eBay have looked into it, and have realised Marty is trying to sell items he has promised to others, and that they've actually paid in whole or part for!

I'll be honest and say it genuinely wasn't me - my username is the same there as it is here (sad, I know!)

First 'round' of info has been sent to the powers that be, so we'll see what happens next!

No idea, but certainly an example to follow, I guess. eBay has pulled one of the feedback comments, probably because it was mentioning something like the last comment, which actually has nothing to do with an eBay sale. But when dozens of these comments will appear in the guy's feedback, I think eBay will think twice about this "case".

As for the auction's being pulled, I don't thing this is eBays work. I also pulls auctions sometimes when someone contacts me and mentions that he wants to buy one of my items outside of eBay. Why pay 8% comission to eBay, when I can sell directly to someone who's interested? I think it's the same with the Alien heads...

Sorry for the 'block quoting' but apart from me, I think you're the guys he owes either money, heads or trade items to? When talking to Marty's local PD, I will only mention those who give permission, as it would be unfair to drag anyone into this who doesn't want to be part of it. That said, I think we'd have a stronger case if we stick together - let me know what you think?

It that is the case, then I feel bad for the buyer. They just made a deal with a con man outside the buyer protection of eBay. They are trying to save the seller a bit of money, and in the end they have given him the chance to take their money free and clear.

I know the answer is, he sold them - but in terms of his "justification", this was his survival?

That is the humor of all people' excuses. You google search their names , visit Facebook, etc... And you see all their updates and photos of their lives. You catch them bragging about their new purchases, their vacations and their trips to conventions :lol
