Hey Mimic, I'm interested as well. I was just wondering if you have a time frame for delivery to US at this point? Sorry if it's mentioned, but I don't have time to read all 13 pages! I just wanted to get an idea, I know you've been working hard on these but seeing how the post started 7 months ago, was curious where you were on progress. Thanks.....AZ
Are we still on for the end of September? And will you be putting velcro on the knee pads and hand pads or are we doing that one?
Hi MIMIC..im new here.....
I tried and read all the 14 pages, but is the armour kit ready to wear as in already in completed form? Because I'm kinda noob in "diy" the parts. Even my original trilogy costume was ready to wear and most of the time I just put at mannequin....to be honest, I only wore it once. So, I just like to display it in my room...Cheers..
Thanks for the reply... ..Basicly as opposed to the other Fiberglass kit by Jim which is awesome, this kit come painted, with decals, and will require so surface finishing. I'm assuming you will have to glue the forearms together and the shins together. I think the Velcro spots are for those of us with gaskets to put on. You'll have to strap the biceps, chest, theighs, front and back, etc
There's a few different ways to do that. I have a youtube page and an Facebook build group I'll be using to update progress and help people out. If your gonna display you can get away with some tricks that you wouldn't need to do for trooping
