Brilliantly it's all going to be awesome... this weeks fun... epoxy! We're weighing up costs still but considering upgrading from polyester resins to epoxy after coming across a new improved compatible gelcoat! This would mean serious increases in this armor's strength and durability, also unfortunately would make any Future runs more expensive. Anyway, I'll keep you updated as things happen...

We aren't Empire, all I can say is you're gonna mess 'ure britches when you get it we're flat out everyday on it I can promise you that, we want it done as soon as possible too remember so we're working really hard. Every, EVERY part, detail, groove is completely shaped by hand. Every tiny detail is looked over and over and over until I can see 0 faults. It will be perfect and this armor will last for years! We'll do photos full update etc very soon and be able to work out from there a precise finish date for everyone each on the run.
I can't thank everyone involved enough as without you guys trusting us to do this we never could, huge thank to the RPF for that very same reason!

Side topic has anyone thought about how they will strapping I've been looking at other fiberglass kits to get an idea. Seems like the yoke and front chest piece are biggest challenge

If the back yoke piece is one piece connected on the front like it was shown earlier on then connect the chest to yoke with magnets. Some people did that with Jims kit and its worked amazing instead lf velcro

It is, I was planning to use Velcro as I was under the impression that was used on the movie suits, also magnets are prohibited from shipping with a lot of couriers I think so I can't give that option

Think your the only maker to make the back that way which is awesone. And ya, velcro may work since its all one piece and you can have those little squares of velcro on the chest area instead of it only being on the bottom sides like my Phasma (which is a pain in the butt).It is, I was planning to use Velcro as I was under the impression that was used on the movie suits, also magnets are prohibited from shipping with a lot of couriers I think so I can't give that option

None of the armor parts will require any assembly or finishing, decals and Velcro will be applied. No strapping or snaps are fitted or supplied. Hope that helps.
