I love these location documentaries.
They should have done a little more research though
Rays occult book shop was to the right of the store they pointed out
if you look at the clip in the film the stairs they were standing at is on the left side of the canopy

He has some out takes where they are discussing it and they do think maybe the one on the right for a while.


I bet those chairs at the restaurant might be the same ones though.
I could see metal painted ones lasting that long.
