Like I said, the lights were the hard part. Back then I was so young and did not have much experience building things and there was not alot out there. It's funny, I can remember talking to the guys at industrial light and magic, they did most of the special effects for bttf, and they were pretty cool but basically unless I was spending at least $50 grand with them they didn't know me. So I adapted and overcame and ended up using the guts out of a toy ray gun and then later bought little sequential flashing light kit from a electronics store. I too went through several sets of lights before I found ones I was happy with. It should be 3 lights on each leg and one in the center. Your build looks killer.
