Flash Cowl full template for elastic foam

Materials i used:
- Evazote EV30
- liquid latex
- polymorph
- acrylic paints

For the stretchy paint i mixed up liquid latex with acrylic paints: 1:1 mixture.

since the download in pdf form I cant figure out how to resize it to fit my head.

I've tried in paint program but it just does the height and width in percent and not inches or even mm

Any ideas how I would be able to edit it to fit me?
