Yeah planning to put a acrylic box around it........ But its already starting to gather dust. I think a soft brush and gentle compressed air will do the job mostly.

Yeah been using these and other photos of the model for reference while designing parts.
Though in the end when assembling I kinda went with what was in my head at the time and forgot the reference

Its why its a little off....

O.k... so you lift these two sequences from the T.V. series, right? I kid of course; those shots look really pro in every way, shape or form

ALIEN 4's ship (Auriga--not the Betty) was lit by the reflection of soft lights off black plastic--that knocked down glare to where I thought the model was CGI.

Maybe try that?

when I do the VFX propper ill be doing it with studio lighting setups... Including soft lights and what not... But no idea when ill be doing that
