Thanks for the support everyone. I wore my costume yesterday at Kansas City Comic Con and was very happy with how it turned out.
I also entered the costume contest and won first place overall!
It was very rewarding knowing that the judges liked my costume and the hours I put into making it the best I could. even better the trophies for top 3 were bronze silver and gold captain america shields!

Great costume, only thing that could do with improving IMO is the belt buckle. Try looking for an old military belt that's wider or a weight lighting belt.

Wore this costume to Topcon in September and got this awesome picture taken of me!

I've worn this suit about 20 times to conventions, charity events and even 2 parades so I'm going to have to repair and redo some main pieces of the costume. When I get around to it expect more updates!
