so after scouring the interwebz i am un sucessful in trying to aquire boots for penelo from revenant wings, does anyone know of a sources where i could even inquire a comission?

and to add to my previous post, im not sure if anyone here has pulled off a guildwars costume thru comission, im just nervous about comissions thats all
