Female Captain America and Winter Soldier NEED HELP

Hello,

I am helping some friends of mine with a cosplay they wanna do, This year they're doing Captain America and Winter Soldier. My problem is that I cant find any ideas by looking at pictures online,they want something that looks official like they're outfits in the movies nothing tight and too revealing I basically just need ideas, so I'm turning to you guys for help on ideas. any ideas are appreciated
