I've thought about a plastic coating, but I've never tackled it before.

Got these 2 from the film, the tip of the knife doesn't look sharp at all, also the quality isn't that great, but thought you may want shots from the actual pic over some fan made google search

Edit: It also looks completely different to this: (but thn again maybe that is what the handle looks like

I'm using EVA foam, but not the kind that comes in interlocking mats. I'm using a version that comes in a roll. Here is the exact one lol. It's actually thinner.
