So I wanted to share my build for Phoenix Fan Fusion 2024. This was my first major Fallout prop build A month of nights and weekend after work and finished just in time. This was 3D printed on a Bambu Labs P1S in black ABS. It was a model from thingiverse designed to hold a cell phone. I designed and 3D printed a custom backing and diffuser out of clear ABS for the screen. The screen was lit with green EL wire and had a transparency over the diffuser. The power button and power light were 3D printed in clear resin and backed with yellow LEDs. The final interior of the Pip Boy was lined with EVA foam. Enjoy!
