As the flurry of Bondo continues , I thought I'd post some pic's of all the parts together .

Lookin good! Are you going to mold/cast this afterwards? I'm assuming the Sintra wouldn't be super sturdy, but maybe I'm wrong.

Oh Yes, I will mold and cast everything . The sintra and foam is way too weak .

Sight Cowling pretty much done, the Cowling consists of 3 layers of 040 PETG

Made a reversible jig to hog out the side panels.

With the exception of a few laser cut clear parts , construction is done . I decided to use a laser cutter for all the clear flat parts.

Very cool!!! If I hadn't seen the in progress pics, I'd probably guess it was 3D printed.
