Factory Entertainment MIB 2 Neuralyzer

I bought mine Factory Direct. Had it in Australia within the week of them being released. Factory Direct is the way to go.

Same here. I haven't opened it though as it is a present for the wife as she's a huge MIB fan. It's killing me not being able to check it.

I got mine today, looks fabulous, it has the little brass showing at the end of the clip but at least for the moment I'm not that obsessive :lol

Can't wait for the J2

Resuscitating this thread once again.

Any news on third party vendors ideally in Asia? Still waiting here in Japan.

wanted to check with everyone that has received theirs and see if you notice when shut, the neuralyzer does not seem to close all the way flush. The MR version did. Anyone else notice this, or is this maintaining accuracy to the original screen used.
Thanks;)

Fiiiiiiiinally received mine today.

So worth the wait. The sound is a little quiet but Factory Entertainment did a fantastic job here.

The mechanism is not on a hair trigger like many have reported. It needs a bit of a push to pop out.

I also assume I need a new battery as the flash will only go off on every other activation.

Number 237, btw.

The MR piece did not close flush. There was a little gap between the head and the body.

Looks like I may have a faulty unit or maybe a battery problem.

After discharging the flash the green light goes off completely, the noise stops but the red leds stay on. You then need to jiggle the unit to get it bsck into working order.

Anyone have this problem?

Hi Alan,

We've attempted to reply to your e-mail and have been receiving bounce backs. We've just responded to your PM and will continue the conversation there.

If you leave the Neuralyzer open, is it meant to turn off after a set time?

I left mine open last night and all the light/sound stayed on for nearly 30 mins before I got sick of the noise and pulled the battery. I'm only asking because I really want to display this (in the case) open with the battery in it, but don't want it to go flat.

You should remove the battery when not in use anyway because the capacitor will drain it whether it is on or off. I pull my out whenever I am not using it.

It's supposed to self turn off quite quickly when left open. Like a minute or two.

That's what I read but seriously this thing was still going after an episode of the Simpsons

Well.. I had a couple of instances when it stayed on longer and I felt it should have shut down by now.. but I never waited that long for it, I just closed it and tried again in a few minutes. Maybe try doing the same? If it just never shuts down then I'm guessing there might be a problem with it.
