Does anyone know if there are any replicas of the Grammerton cleric pistols out there (other than the very expensive airsoft ones)? I'm looking for a solid resin kit maybe....I know that there were some done a few years ago, but I can't find any available now...any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I make them from time to time. They were a Joint effort between Morgan13 and I. He did the original master a while ago, later I retooled it and re did the grips and added the data plates and the selectors.

Also point of fact the expensive airsoft ones are recasts of our cleric pistol.

Drop me a PM if you want to know more.

Oh Wow these are amazing! I want one so bad XD

I so want to know more in detail HOW you made these so I can make a newbie atempt on my own >.<
Really love those guns and you have made an excellent job!!
/D

Actually Shawn could answer how it's made better than I can, but it's basically the additional portions sculpted on over a donor pistol.

As far as i understand the base gun is a Beretta 92FS is that correct ?
Are the grips modified other than the logo ?
I've been thinking about making one myself but i'm kinda limited as to what i can use as a base because of the rules on replicas in the UK, i'm pretty much down to two choices either a cheapo clear plastic springer airsoft or a shedload of cash on a deactivated Beretta.
Obviously the first oprion is my first choice as i don't plan on making any copies or anything and just want one or two for myself the cost of deacs is too much for me right now.

I'd like to clarify if the 92FS is the correct model though because the grips on the airsofts are definately a different shape particularly at the bottom rear corner, i'm guessing the trigger guard is also a modded piece too yeah ?

P.S how did you do the white lettering on the bottom of the gun ?

Yes the 92FS is the model they used in the movie, and yes the trigger guard had to be modified as well comparing it to my beretta.

Also on the hero non-firing guns they added a selector off of an M-16 style rifle in replacement of the slide lock, you can see it on Matuso's pics that the one you can read Preston on has that mod, the other ones do not. And they added a "combat" hammer to all the guns. Standard 92FS have a rounder hammer.

My Matsuo Clerics are among the most awesome pieces in my collection.

They turn out GREAT with almost NO effort. :thumbsup

Thanks for info now i know it's the correct base i can get to work :)

The gun with the selector on the side was a solid rubber stunt pistol, there were no live fire versions of it. There were versions seen with and without the nameplate at the base. The Spike grip mele gun was a closeup FX gun, the mechanisim to create the spikes would have taken up much of the interior of the magazine.

The base plate was engraved, I just brushed in white paint and wiped it off.
