It looks like the panels changed shape a bit too.

this is basically how the new layout is looking. I'm still figuring things out, but it's definitely different. Guess Han had to go back down to the old Pull-Your-Part lot for some replacements.

on top is the 5' model, below is mine. The terrible color job is just to show the new red panel there.

yeah I've been looking at that. Light-up switches and lots of other details on the shelf though? And the headrests on the nav seats don't look quite right to me. Sigh... hmm, center console looks altered too.

yyeeeahh, just saw that part of the center console...

interested idea about the extended light, do the leaked photos of the cockpit support that? (or can we even see?)

I dont think we can see them. I'll have to check them out. But the back panel on the console is VERY interesting. I wonder if they meant to show us all these little spoilers?

I'm noticing more major changes to the cockpit. I wonder if this Ep VII screen accurate of the artist taking liberties?

It's totally possible that it's not accurate, and just stands in well enough. I mean look at the 5' Falcon's cockpit, it's just in there to provide a sense of a cockpit just in case the camera catches something in there.

... so I don't know, yet.

Note the large light grey rectangular shapes on the back wall panel behind the nav chair. Also, it would appear, but it might be the lighting, the shelves two different colors? The shelves also appear to have separate panels on them along with the lights/buttons.

I'm leaning toward not accurate. Working from my photomatch, I'm seeing space for panels only 3' deep, and we know the new cockpit has the post ESB extension panels.

Agreed... Unless there is an exterior shot that zooms into the cockpit (PLEASE I HOPE THERE IS NOT) I think the artist took liberties with the design.

But I have to admit, I do like the multicolor shelf.
