Endo Arm Display Tube

Can anyone tell me what the dimensions of the T2 Endo Arm display tubes are? I'm guessing about 7" X 24" but figured someone here knew for sure. I'm about 75% of the way done with my Endo Arm and need to start figuring out my display options.

I went to the Endobuilders Club site to ask, but I haven't been approved yet.

Thanks in advance!!!

At the very least, if someone has the dimensions of the very top of the base on the Sideshow Endo Arm, it would be appreciated. Thanks.

I haven't seen any acrylic tubes on endobuilders for awhile, just LFS when he had a few for sale. Any chance you have a few pics of your build ;)

Thanks for the info guys! As soon as I'm done I'll post some pictures.

not exactly on-topic, just thought i'd mention that i've had one of the resin endo arm kits for about 3 years now, which i nver got around to finishing as i had no base to display it on.... well, i found an item which doubled as a decent enough base, so its all built and ready to go (well, it will be as soon as i chrome it)

for anyone who wonders, the base is from a floor standing lamp, which i've owned for.... about 3 years....

For those looking for a tube in the U.S., Hobby Lobby sells a glass vase that looks spot on to what you see on screen.
And the best part, it's super cheap, under $30! And if you use the on-line coupon you pay even less.

And the glass would be more screen accurate since it breaks when John pushes it off it's base.

Glass is definitely the way to go, if you can find the right shape, size, and quality.

dropshipbob, can you get the measurements for the height and inside diameter of one of these things?

Is the one at Hobby Lobby the right size though? Has anyone actually used one for this?

I've seen the glass vases at a local mega-craft place and the tallest I've been able to find is 15".

I don't know if it's accurate, but that doesn't matter to me. It's glass, and close enough in size, so it works for me.

I know several others bought this same thing with the same project in mind, but I don't know if anyone has actually completed one using this vase.

Do you still have the info? I love that! I'd like to get one for myself. :)

It was a floor standing halogen lamp made by a company called Trident limited, model 28766, looks like the company has gone out of business though. B&Q also sold a similar lamp at one point, but I couldn't find one similar on their website :-/

I'm not so hung up on total accuracy as I am whether or not it will fit in the case. It needs to be at least 23" tall and about 5.5 inches wide to clear the arm itself.

The biggest vase I found was 15" tall.

Off topic for a bit, but didn't someone reckon they had the license to produce the tubes for the SST version? They posted here a few years ago saying that.
