You know, I really support efx and think they're doing a good job, but wow, the way things are going with efx's new website, I'm disappointed. I mean, it's just poor form to have a new website go live the same day as a major item being offered for sale. And did anyone bother to test it? It's very difficult to navigate in IE6 (which I have here at work, so it's not by choice), as it doesn't render the pulldowns correctly; instead, a big gray box blots out the majority of the site. And in Firefox 3, it eventually worked, after accepting the site certificate. But then when I go to submit my credit card information, it's via an unsecure page, not a secure https page like it should be. My confidence level in efx has certainly gone down a couple of pegs....
