so is thie price for the legend 999 PLUS the 350 down payment or is it 999 INCLUDING the 350 down payment? Also, is there a protective case included or no?
I hope eFX limits it to one per customer.
250 IS NOT ENOUGH! It is gonna sell out with about 500 more people screwed! Oh well EFX passed up some big bucks for limited excitement. Hope I get one. Been saving have cash now and only 250 made. There will be 250 people just on the RPF to buy Legend version. The best prop ever made and they make it a frenzy to get one. Just do not understand??

I agree. It is good from the collectible point of view (will retain value over time), but maybe not as good from some collectors point of view (the ones missing it because others getting two etc.).
I'm guessing part of the limited run is because of each Legend edition helmet is individually hand painted and to technically reproduce each one as close a possible is a painstaking procedure as it is. Each helmet will need to have that correct brush stroke and correctly placed signature brush marks right? I'm guessing Gino is the one guy painting all these?, correct me if I'm wrong. I think to only have one or a very select few people painting these with the understanding of how it needs painting is the way to go. Hence the limited run.
Again, correct me if I'm wrong. It's just the way I see it.
The C-scar is clearly not part of the casting. Otherwise, it would have been painted accurately and in the right position.PLEASE just hoping the dome comes out exactly like those pictured 2 pages back because it does seem perfect now. Be also good to see if the C or L scar, brigde dent and teeth indents are left untouched for the Legend.........

Still carried over into casts from the molds made from the original. It's a clear paint flake, like is seen on trooper helmets... and those details are preserved when molding from the outside.I can tell you definitively beyond a shadow of a doubt that on the original screen used helmet, the curved scratch (what some call the c-scratch) is not an actual indented 'scratch' at all but rather topical gunmetal paint weathering.
