ED-209 kit looks promising

Has anyone had any experience with the Good Smile company and their "Moderoid" model kits (most of their stuff is Gundam style robots)? They have an ED-209 for pre-order that really looks pretty promising...

This might be a good option for an ED-209 that won't require selling a few kidneys to get the Hot Toys 1:6 scale...

I hope the head has some texture, it looks too smooth.

I stopped waiting for the good kits to be released, and am printing them myself, like the Cain model.

It looks like it definitely could use some work to make it truly accurate... but it looks like a decent start for a not unreasonable price. Seems like it might be a good option for those of us who can't 3D print our own.
