Ear plugs/gauges

I apologize profusely if this has been covered, and resolved, but as a person in a tight pinch, I really hope to get instant help, or your personal opinions. I am currently going into a profession where I'm not permitted to have any body jewelry or gauged ears, so I'm curious as to how I could go about maybe just putting latex over them, or prosthetic earlobes, I just need something to cover them for now, until they heal, or if I want to keep them in, to do that to.. any and all help will be highly appreciated. and I've scanned some articles briefly. the work on here is amazing.

I would imagine that it wouldn't be difficult to make a flesh-tone gauge that is solid, and appear like your normal ear lobe. You could take even skin it in latex so it matches your true skin perfectly. But the process would have to be described by someone more knowledgeable. Good luck!
