Okay guys, so this is my first convention... never been to one before EVER. I'm only 18, so my mom is going with me a day or two because she wants pictures and all that stuff. I have a friend or two I may meet there, and I'm going to be at the GA501st party (just got accepted into the legion yesterday).
So, I will be wearing two costumes... one will be my Vader costume (my 501st one). If anyone sees me there, I should be pretty obvious, I'm almost 6'1 outside of the suit and about 6'7 inside the suit. here's a pic...
My second costume is going to be my Amazing Spider-Man 2 costume replica. I'm picking it up from the seamstress tomorrow, so I'll post a better pick then, but here's a pic for kind of a "sneak peak".
If any of you would like to meet up with me, or anything like that, message me on here, or add me on facebook (Weston Staggs, my profile pic is my with aviators on).

I've finished up all the easy parts of my costume and saved all the hard stuff for last, now I'm having trouble forcing myself to get to it. I always freeze up a bit before I try something I've never done before. I guess I really just need to go for it. Even if it turns out bad, at least it's done.

No worries, it wouldn't be Dragoncon with out last minute stuff and planing, haha, my friend at work doesn't know if he can go till Friday...and he only wants to go on Saturday....now that's last minute...hahahha

What time are you leaving?...I'm driving from lake city, might see you on the road, haha...I usually write on my car when I go to cons...not sure if I'll do it this time...still have a little residue from the last event I wrote on the car for which was Star Wars Weekends...

I'm a little late to this thread. When and where is the RPF meet-up and could you please add me to the badge list? My wife and I will be staying at the Hyatt. We'll be taking a cab, since we live about 2 miles away. We have 3 sets of costumes:
Professors Snape and McGonagall:

i start driving about 4am on Thursday try get to there before noon .. Avoid any traffic Holliday weekend ...... We can meet some where on the road if you driving same time with me.... Lol

these posters are awesome! I am very excited to come and take part in the shoot! =D I can't wait to see the marvel universe come together in real life ( i missed seeing the shoot last year due to being overwhelmed by my first dragoncon haha)
