I am planning to do a run if I can get at least 6 people to sign up. Pricing for the raw casts will be 300+ shipping and painted will be 400 shipped.

I apologize for my absence, however pressing personal, family, and work issues have all decided to descend upon me at once. Nevertheless, an explanation is warranted.
I owe 6 different people Dr. Fate helmets still, that are much overdue. When I sold the helmets, I, personally, did not receive the money - my business partner Bruno Perez did. They were sold under my name, so don't think that I am dismissing responsibility.
These Fate helmets were the last sales I have ever made. I am no longer attempting to sell anything - costumes, helmets, props, etc. (Just to let everyone know this problem is not being perpetuated)
Communication with Bruno is spotty at best recently, despite having a good relationship with him for over 2 years. I still trust him and think him an honest person who has simply had many life issues arise as well.
He assures me that all the helmets are done and will be shipped to me this week, however getting him on the phone two days in a row has been impossible. I call multiple times a day to try and stick after the problem, but with no response.
In the event that I have not gotten a tracking number from Bruno for these helmets within 1 month (October 15th, 2011), I will begin paying back the people who paid for them one at a time, once each month.
I apologize for the stress and inconvenience of what has happened, but I am hopeful that a beneficial result can be achieved for all.

Didn't I see a rubber muscle suit you are currently trying to sell??... In fact I thought it was a brand new listing from yesterday? And it's not just the Fate helmets that are owed to people is it? I can understand things happen to even the best of us, but wasn't there also a spiderman suit and I believe a few other items also?? Look harmonic, if this story is true why are you just now finally writing these people with the Zanny the nanny story?? I call bull*hit. Some of the stories I've read about you scare me from buying on sites like this despite the several good transactions I've had so far. I hope your telling the truth, but you haven't given us much to trust on now have you? Good luck, and best of wishes... You might want to go to your ex-partners house and find him??? Seems like a good place to start to me .

1. The tracking number for the Spiderman suit has been given to Gungrave.
Think about the implications of that. It means #1 I did send it when I said I did #2 I have not lied about my transactions with him and #3 I didn't scam him.
The worst thing I did with Gungrave was not reply to two pms over a 30 day peroid. A period during which I told him I would be investigating the issue and would contact him when I had NEW information.
True to my word, that's exactly what I did.
2. Going to my ex-business partner's home is not an option as I am in Alabama and he is in Mexico. Have I not said that I would take responsibility? I'm being treated like I'm not going to repay people when I've said exactly that I would, if I don't get the items from him within a month.
I have managed to contact my ex-partner last night and he assures me he's sending them to me. I'm not going to drag this out, but if there is a possibility for people to get what they've paid for, that's the route I'm going to follow.
That brings up an important point. I'm going to get people what they paid for, not giving refunds unless I can't deliver. You bought a helmet...you get a helmet.

I'm not selling anything new. If one of my old threads has gotten bumped because of all this, that's not me trying to sell anything new. I dont' want to make this personal, but it's interesting that you can think I'm selling something new when I'm not. That shows that your perspective might be a bit mistaken on the issue.
I've stated earlier in this thread that I'm NOT going to be selling anything from now on. I think that's the responsible course of action. In the past our business delivered 95%+ of our orders with complete satisfaction. For reasons that I won't go into here, some of our legitimate mistakes were built up into a LOT more than they needed to be, by people with personal vendettas. That's not to say we didn't have the issues, but extraneous people with hidden agendas made them much worse.
As I said above...the fact that USPS has a record of the transaction has implications...implications that I honestly sent the suit when I said I did.
I've returned to the boards, stayed accountable, and written in no uncertain terms what my responsible course of action will be going forward. Furthermore, I've stopped selling completely What more do you expect?

I actually made a long list, attached PM quotes, Dates , everything in this mind and what i wanted to say ....BUT (thanks to my son, who wanted/insisted my help on bulding his Lego truck)...... something in my mind said that i should spend my time now with something better. Plus ...i bet 'the reply' would be longer.
Yes, FINALLY i have a tracking no. and now my communication is with USPS. Like i said, IF only he gave me the tracking no. in the first place, I would not have involved him.
I've read the PM replies to me and also to other members here and it makes me smile.... Why can't you seem to Respect the fact that THESE... or should i say "WE'... are your 'customers'.... and because of your action (or lack of it).... 'WE' who have made promt payment cant help but feel cheated.

As far as your transaction goes, I gave you exactly what I said I would...exactly WHEN I said I would. I didn't respond for 30 days. Wow. That's a far cry from being cheated out of an item. You don't want to admit that the result of me giving you the tracking number means you DIDNT get cheated. You're not part of the Fate helmet problem, coz.
The Fate helmets I definitely dropped the ball on. That's an understatement. But I'm not shirking responsibility. I just don't have the money to repay people, so I'm hoping that my recent communications with Bruno where he says he's sending them will prove fruitful.

And NO... i'm not part of the Dr.Fate's helmet case (which i think looks very cool).... BUT I do feel sad for the members here (and if my guess is right... on another forum??hmm??) who are.
