I dont know if this belongs here, as its not really a PROP per se, but it got me thinking because i remember watching something on TV one time about this man and his son who built a full scale highly accurate Enterprise D bridge set in their garage....... just wonder if anyone on here is that crazy.... err i mean... um... TALENTED!! lol

I realize its a serious undertaking, but to have a "prop room" that is in itself a prop would be pretty cool

I have some pics from the ASAP board (I think) of a room someone did with the TOS bridge theme and it looked awesome! It had diamond plate flooring and the captain's chair and the outer station chairs.
Looked great!!
I will see if I can find a pic and maybe I won't get into trouble!:lol

Must of been a bloody big garage! Oh where'd they park their cars?!:lol

actually the guys wife left him, he got fired from his job, and his son dropped out of school and they morgaged everything they owned just to build it....

utter total loosers, but HEY they had a cool bridge!

I worked in the tradeshow booth business for 17 years. Just like building sets. Cheap, fast, modular.

I 'd build the bridge of the Enterprise given the space and money.

SCREW THAT! I mean I am into models but constructing one's life size replica of the Enterprise bridge in their garage is just insane....granted it is beautiful insanity but still insanity...
