Doctor Who - Key of Rassilon

Ok, here is my latest prop with little effort on my part! The key of Rassilon.

Whilst out and about recently I saw a replica Georgian key that I was sure was close to pictures I'd been looking at for the key of Rassilon.
So when I got home I watched the 'Ultimate Foe' and after seeing it felt the key was pretty close. See attached screen capture.
So I went back and for for a few £'s got a nice key that is now part of my collection as the key of Rassilon.

As always with these forums I am happy for any comments, let em know if you feel for some reason its not quite right.

Looks amazingly close. Congrats on your find! Did you find it in a shop like Pier One or a flea market vintage repro type situation?

It was an independent furniture shop near London which also sold odds and ends.

But, if you are looking for similar I looked on eBay and there are many similar keys.
Look for Georgian key, or replica Georgian key.

Just out of interest I think from very rough estimations that my key is also of pretty much the right size. It's about 4"/10cm long, from what I can extrapolate from the screen shots this cold be about right.

But to be fair I have no used any methods that are too scientific!

Oh I have been looking for that dam key for over a 1000 years now, my last reincarnation did not go so well, the problem is were I keep the dam thing, most normal Time Lords would keep such things in there pocket.

No not me, have to have it on show, well every time I bend over the dam thing fell of the hook, and I would loos it, and spend years looking for it.

That is pretty spot on. It looks exactly like the one in the screen capture.
