Limited Run DL44 TFA Blaster Kit

One solution may be to drill the frame for stud pins to fit behind the crossbar and fit into the frame (just the thickness of the frame) just enough to add a bit of mechanical stability to the glue - if it can't be bolted in some way.

A good quality 2 part epoxy may be a good solution as well. Very strong and stable.

Epoxy is great, but can be tedious if you make a mess of it, and clean up can be a pita. The other glue is easy to clean up, once it starts setting you can easily use a scalpel to scrape it away, its gummy and easy to do. Also this glue is more forgiving to shock, which cause some glues to crack. Bolting it or fastening it some way is always going to be optimal. I recommend people to try and test out the two types of glues, they all have their pros and cons, I guess it depends what you are going to be doing with your blaster:)

The glue I use is this, http://www.selleys.com.au/adhesives/household-adhesive/contact-adhesive/kwik-grip-solvent/

WOW, there is a lot of interest from the RPF and just as much from people who are not on here,
this is going to be a mega-run, a newsletter will go out and a post will be made here when the pre-sale starts,
I am in the process of getting new molds made, and I am going to put a thread in the crossbar washers so the studs can screw in to that to add some extra support when it is glued,
We are getting closer :cheers

There is a guy named John from the UK who has been emailing me,
the emails that I send keep getting kicked back by your email server saying it is spam.
Please call if you have any questions.
