Looks like that weathering should be easy to replicate with some acrylic paint and a nearly dry brush.

Oh, I could repaint it no problem. But merely unpackagong a product shouldn't damage it. Especially not with what these things cost.

I emailed customer support with info, don't know if anything will come of it hut I wanted them to know.

My second one is downstairs. Once I figure out the setup down there, they’ll both flank my TV.

The mouse droid prop was mostly plastic, without any added faux "metal wear" weathering, so a repaint is in order anyway.

My Kalikori arrived and it is waaaay nicer than I expected. Very heavy, very sturdy and immaculate paint apps. I was expecting a plastic toy. So far I have been extremely satisfied with all my replica purchases from Disney, especially considering the price. (Kalikori, 3PO head, Mouse droid, Ren, X-Wing pilot and Clone helmets)

I feel the same way about a lot of their stuff. Love my Kalikori, my Dejarik figures, the T-16, the credits, the emperor cane, Rose’s medallion, japor snippet, all great. And with a simply mod to the client imperial medallion it was an excellent addition to my replica collection. And a lot of other replica and non replica items. Not only are they great pieces but so well priced. If these were offered from other licensees, you know they would be more expensive.

I think it would be cool to have a mouse droid racing club and members would customize paint jobs and race them at conventions.

Got my Dejarik board today. It’s much bigger than I thought that it would be. It looks to be slightly more than half size the actual Falcon game. A very good table top size. Love the light up monster bases.

On another note. A bit of acetone on a paper towel and CAREFULLY AND LIGHTLY wiping on the saber took the white printed text off of the Sol lightsaber.
