Good point. It's not like Captain America is known for his foul language![]()
That's why they created the Touchstone division.Disney also owns Touchstone, Miramax and Hollywood Pictures – It's possible they will simply release the films, if any, under those banners, not the "Disney" banner.
It just means none of the films currently in the pipe are R-rated.

The joke's on us: the next Hulk movie, "The Incredible Hulk Bites Peoples' Heads Off for Two Hours," will be rated NC-17.
Well, they SAY that now, but once they realize that certain movies are best served with an R-rating (such as Deadpool and Blade) and that to do otherwise will affect the levels in their coffers, I imagine things will change. After all, this isn't the Disney that Walt built. Like any other company, the Almighty Dollar is the ultimate decision-maker in the Executive Boardroom.
Technically, that's still not "R-rated." Just sayin'.
Blade and Deadpool are owned by other companies, though. Well, Deadpool is. I'm not sure if the rights to Blade reverted back. It wouldn't surprise me if they did, since Blade was with New Line Cinema.
More reason not to give Disney any of my money. I don't want to see a Pg13 Punisher film. Guess we have to just rely on Fox to give us Deadpool more and more.
