Differences in Stormtrooper Helmets?

Lately, people have been telling me that I should add a Han Solo "Hero" Stormtrooper helmet to my HS focus collection and while I am always happy to add to my prop collection, there is only one small problem...I have no idea what a HS "Hero" stormtrooper helmet it.

Could someone please tell me the differences between the regular Stormie bucket and the Han Solo "Hero" version? Also, any tips on how I can make one would be appreciated.
