Did Chronicle Collectibles go out of Business ?

I remember seeing the most ridiculous podcast videos with them on Facebook that it was laughable . Next thing you know poof gone.
Did they fold up? Lots of of Pre-orders people on Facebook had not gotten . Wondering if they delivered on those .

Looks like some real shady stuff going on with them cancelling Pre-Orders as well as all items on their website supposedly “Sold Out” Sideshow has them listed as “Sold Out” as well Needless to say this does not bode well
