I use Den Braven metallic acryl varnishes and I really love them

I buy them from a local shop, but there is a website:
Den Braven - SUPER COLOR METALLIC
Unfortunately, there is not shipping options to other countries. I looked on ebay, other e-shops but there's nothing

this is my progress....I think I used too thin of foam....fixing to go buy some 5mm, or 6mm foam...

I have just started building this... I am not sure if it would fit or not.

has anyone got any idea what the 'max' height for the default template is?

If so, could anyone suggest a 'resize' percentage?

I am 6 foot 3 (190 cm) slim/medium build.

just use the same method stealth has been using for the patriot helmet, there are pepakura mark vi foam files on the fourm so just download them ive just completed a mark vi helmet by using stealths patriot videos.

Hi people, first i would like to thank everyone who contributed to makeing pep and foam files, thanks you guys are awesome.

I diecided to make IM mk6 after seeing some your great builds, got everything, foam, cutters, hot air gun, hot glue, printed templates and then ran into problem while cutting them, heres the picture:
its 'SHARKMAN_IM_MK6_HELM_FOAM' faceplate piece.

its this unleveled gaps that are circled in the pic. i guess this gaps happened because of converting pep to foam, and its as much u can do in pepekura soft. i got that, but how should i cut it? do you cut lines thru the spaces and do some reconnecting like xrobot does in his pep to foam video? How did you guys do it?

I would appreciate any suggestion

That looks amazing. I can't believe it is foam. which pep file did you use for the helmet and how did you seal it?
